


SWIRL is for young women that are struggling with their mental health. It is a bright and exciting package full of informative and interactive products to help the user ‘unwind their mind’. It zones in on the idea of mindfulness, the mental state achieved by focusing on one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s thoughts and feelings. Being mindful and aware of the present is key when beginning a journey into understanding one’s mental health. The way that SWIRL aims to help the user through their mindfulness journey is through four different steps: Recognize, Reflect, Label, and Implement. The Mindfulness Workbook breaks those steps down into interactive activities, each one building on the other for the user to gain more awareness of their mind. All the items included in the SWIRL box help the user understand mindfulness and how to implement it into their everyday lives.
